Refund and Cancellation Policy

Who we are

At Click Sailors LLP, we value our customers and aim to provide the highest level of service in digital marketing, website development, and associated solutions. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations as a client.

1. Cancellation Policy

a) Digital Marketing Services

  • Clients may cancel digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, etc.) by providing a minimum of 15 days’ written notice via email.

  • Work already performed up to the date of cancellation will be billable and non-refundable.

  • Monthly retainers are billed in advance; if a cancellation request is received after billing, the service will continue until the end of that billing cycle.

b) Website Design & Development

  • If the project is in the initial planning or design phase, cancellation may be permitted with a partial refund, after deducting time and resources spent.

  • Once the development phase has started or project milestones have been approved, no cancellations or refunds are allowed.

  • Projects inactive for 30 days without client communication may be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

a) Digital Marketing Services

  • Due to the nature of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing), we do not offer refunds for any services already delivered or billed.

  • Results are dependent on various external factors (search engine algorithms, competition, etc.) and hence, are not guaranteed, although we strive to deliver the best possible outcomes.

b) Website Design & Development

 

  • A partial refund may be issued only if the project is cancelled within 5 business days of payment and no significant work has begun.

  • If any design concepts, development work, or content strategy has been shared, the refund will be calculated after deducting the equivalent value of the work completed.

  • After project delivery, no refunds will be processed.

3. Mode of Refund

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • In cases where payment gateways or third-party services are involved, additional processing time may apply.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes related to services or billing, we encourage you to contact us at  info@clicksailors.com. We’re committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

5. Policy Updates

Click Sailors LLP reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.

How long we retain your data

Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
