1. Services Covered by This Policy
This policy applies to all services provided by CLKS Click Sailors LLP, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Social Media Management, and Web Development.
2. Service-Specific Refund Policy
- SEO and Social Media Services: Due to the nature of SEO and social media services, which require significant time, research, and resources, refunds will generally not be provided once work has begun. However, we strive to deliver services that meet client expectations, and if there are any issues, we encourage you to contact us for resolution.
- PPC Advertising Services: PPC services involve upfront costs, such as ad budgets allocated to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook). Refunds on PPC management fees may be considered if work has not yet commenced or if there was an error on our part. However, any funds already spent on the ad platform are non-refundable.
- Web Development Services: For web development projects, refunds may be requested before the project work begins. If the project has started, any refunds will be subject to the amount of work already completed. CLKS Click Sailors LLP will deduct the cost of completed work and any applicable processing fees before issuing a partial refund, if applicable.
3. Cancellation Policy
Project Cancellation: Clients may cancel a project by providing written notice to CLKS Click Sailors LLP. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following may apply:
- Before Project Commencement: No charges will be incurred, and a full refund will be issued.
- After Project Commencement: A partial refund may be issued based on the portion of work completed at the time of cancellation.
Monthly Retainer Services: For services under a monthly retainer (e.g., ongoing SEO, PPC, or social media management), clients must provide 30 days’ notice for cancellation. Charges will apply for services rendered during the notice period.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us with your project details, reason for the request, and any supporting information. We will review your request within [10-14] business days and notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed within [7-10] business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Delays or issues due to client unavailability, lack of access, or failure to provide necessary materials.
- Dissatisfaction with results, as digital marketing outcomes (SEO rankings, ad performance, etc.) are subject to many external factors outside our control.
- Completed and delivered work.
