Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Click Sailors, we are committed to delivering exceptional IT services, web development, and digital marketing strategies tailored to your enterprise goals. To maintain full operational transparency, protect client resources, and establish clear commercial standards, we operate under a strict Cancellation and Refund Policy.

All projects begin with an extensive discovery process, requirements gathering, and a mutually agreed Scope of Work (SOW). This thorough preliminary alignment ensures total clarity between both parties, removing ambiguity and minimizing the potential for project disruptions or scope disputes.

Non-Refundable Payments: All services, retainer fees, and initial project deposits paid to Click Sailors via our authorized payment gateways are strictly non-refundable. Because resources, strategy planning, and engineering hours are allocated immediately upon agreement execution, we do not provide full or partial refunds under any circumstances.
Milestone & Completed Deliverables: As technical time and workforce are expended to achieve each project phase, completed milestones, modules, or approved deliverables are non-refundable. Once a client approves design mockups, wireframes, or scope architecture, the project transitions into full development, and all prior payments become final.
Immediate Processing & Order Changes: Orders and statements of work are processed immediately upon receipt of initial payment. Projects cannot be canceled, refunded, or subjected to chargebacks due to internal corporate shifts, changing personal preferences, or evolving timeline requirements after execution.
Mutual Project Termination: If an active agreement is terminated on a mutual basis, the client retains ownership of all work completed and paid for up to that date. Any future unbilled milestone payments become void, but no prior payments, setup fees, or deposits will be refunded.
Promotional & Special Offers: Cancellations and refunds are strictly unavailable for limited-time promotional packages, seasonal marketing offers, or custom-discounted service bundles.
Marketing Retainers & SEO Packages: Recurring digital marketing, SEO, and SEM campaign retainers are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. Clients may cancel future recurring services by submitting a written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing date.
Dormant & Abandoned Projects: If a client fails to provide required assets, feedback, or approvals, causing a project to lay dormant for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, the project will be classified as abandoned. All paid deposits and progress payments for abandoned projects are forfeited, and restarting the engagement will require a new contract and updated quote.
