3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information relevant to the service requirements. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any necessary third-party permissions, credentials, or content are provided to CLKS Click Sailors LLP to fulfill the agreed services.

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoicing: Invoices are generated monthly or upon completion of specific milestones. Payments must be made as per the terms outlined in the contract with CLKS Click Sailors LLP.
  • Late Payments: In the case of delayed payments, a late fee may be applied, and services may be paused until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Content Ownership: All content created by CLKS Click Sailors LLP remains the property of the client upon full payment of all dues. However, all proprietary tools, software, or methodologies used remain the exclusive property of CLKS Click Sailors LLP.
  • Usage of Third-Party Content: Any third-party content, software, or media included in the services remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to their licensing terms.

6. Confidentiality

Both CLKS Click Sailors LLP and the client agree to keep confidential any proprietary information exchanged during the course of service. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of services.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  •  No Guarantee of Results:  While CLKS Click Sailors LLP strives to provide services to enhance online presence, we cannot guarantee specific results (such as exact SEO rankings, PPC outcomes, or social media reach), as these can be influenced by factors beyond our control.
  •  Limitation of Liability:  In no event shall CLKS Click Sailors LLP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Amendments to Terms

CLKS Click Sailors LLP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Punjab, India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located within Punjab.

10. Termination

Both parties may terminate the service contract with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid by the client, and CLKS Click Sailors LLP will transfer ownership of any completed work.
