By engaging Click Sailors for professional IT services, custom web development, SEO/SEM management, or digital marketing solutions, your company agrees to adhere to the following commercial Terms and Conditions. These terms establish a formal working framework and govern all proposals, master service agreements, and project execution.

Our core operations take place at our execution centers in India, operating Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (excluding official public holidays and Saturdays). While we maintain continuous operations to support active client deliverables, Click Sailors reserves the right to adjust internal schedules, workflow protocols, or operational environments during routine maintenance or scheduled upgrades.

Please review the binding policies below regarding contract scopes, intellectual property rights, billing terms, and corporate liability prior to signing a service agreement or issuing advance payments.

Commercial Service Disclaimer: All professional proposals, strategic advice, and performance frameworks are issued based on industry best practices. Click Sailors makes no express warranties regarding third-party platform policies, external tool data, or guaranteed financial outcomes beyond the explicit technical scopes outlined in an approved Master Service Agreement (MSA).
Project Initiation & Scope Management: B2B deliverables commence exclusively upon formal proposal acceptance and cleared receipt of the designated initial deposit. Clients must supply all required specifications, brand assets, and content inputs within fourteen (14) calendar days of project kickoff. Scope expansions, additional feature requests, or design iterations outside the original statement of work will require an approved change order, revised estimate, and adjusted delivery timeline.
Intellectual Property & Asset Warranties: The Client warrants full legal ownership or appropriate commercial licensing for all logos, artwork, text, and proprietary assets provided to Click Sailors. Click Sailors retains complete ownership and copyright of all custom source code, design files, and technical architecture produced during the contract until all outstanding balances are settled in full. Full IP rights are transferred upon final payment confirmation.
Hosting, Domains & Infrastructure Management: Third-party server hosting and domain renewals managed by Click Sailors are billed annually in advance and must be settled at least seven (7) business days prior to expiration. Click Sailors is not financially or legally liable for data loss, server downtime, or service disruptions caused by client-side payment delays or external infrastructure failures.
Recurring Billing & Retainers: Monthly marketing retainers and maintenance packages are billed automatically on the 1st day of each billing cycle. Late payments or failed corporate card transactions incur a standard administrative charge, and persistent payment delays may trigger immediate suspension of active campaigns and technical support.
Project Cancellation & Refund Policy: Initial project deposits, setup fees, and monthly retainer fees are strictly non-refundable. Should a client terminate an active project prior to completion, all advance payments are forfeited to cover allocated engineering hours, resource management, and work completed to date.

Click Sailors operates under strict corporate governance to safeguard both parties throughout the service lifecycle. Under no circumstances shall Click Sailors, its directors, or its personnel be liable for indirect commercial damages, lost business opportunities, lost profits, or operational downtime. In any legal dispute, Click Sailors’ aggregate financial liability shall not exceed the actual fees paid by the Client for the specific project or service in question. This business agreement is governed strictly by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts.
