Under no circumstances shall Click Sailors, its directors, or its team be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential business losses, including lost profits, operational downtime, or data corruption, arising from our services. In any dispute, Click Sailors’ maximum liability is strictly limited to the professional service fees actually paid by the client to Click Sailors for the specific project or deliverable in question.
